Independently assuring system and App operations along the software product lifecycle
Coordinating incidents in a global heterogeneous support structure
Performing incident analysis & resolution with DevOps Product Team
Consulting on capacity planning of incident handling during build stage
Collaborating with other departments / functions to ensure BTP system availability incl. monitoring integration and activities of SAP BTP Apps
Supporting deployments and releases of SAP BTP Apps
Coordinating Service Management activities in collaboration with ITSM Expert, IT Service Owner and App Owner
Working closely with SAP QA & Automation Experts to drive quality adherence
Ensuring functional and technical documentation and knowledge-based articles
