Position Overview

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for preparing and processing Bills of Lading (BL), managing shipping documentation, and supporting daily logistics operations. The role requires experience in handling documentation under Letters of Credit (LC) to ensure compliance with banking and international trade requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue Bills of Lading based on shipping instructions.
  • Verify the accuracy of shipment details, including shipper, consignee, cargo description, quantity, and ports.
  • Ensure all original and copy BL sets are prepared according to customer or bank requirements.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines for BL confirmation, amendments, and release.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates.
