**POSITION SUMMARY**
Operations Coordinator works directly with the Director of Operations in maintaining a safe, clean and secure building to help the overall guest experience as per our organizational mission. The Operations Coordinator serves as point of contact for any issues that arise during their shift by managing the facility and property after hours, weekends, and holidays.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**
ο· Check guest families into facility by confirming reservation in the system
ο· Act as the first point of contact for any issues that may arise during a scheduled shift including any emergency situations.
ο· Ensure safety and security of families by working with the Security Team and MPD
