Key Responsibilities
- :Manage morning sick leave notifications and roster adjustments so staffing changes are handled quickly and accurately
- .Answer incoming phone calls and client enquiries with clear, friendly communication
- .Monitor and respond to emails and text messages from clients, ensuring timely and professional replies
- .Maintain and update Airtable workflows, including onboarding and offboarding clients and team members
