We're seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator to manage depot activities, ensure vehicle readiness, and uphold compliance for smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the system runs safely and on schedule through on-site leadership. Act as the primary point of contact for all depot activities. Oversee vehicle readiness, including cleaning, charging, inspections (pre- and post-trip), and software updates to meet deployment timelines. Keep precise records of fleet status, shift attendance, and incident reports. Coordinate with third-party vendors, fleet teams, security, and cleaning services to maintain seamless daily operations. Ensure logs, trip reports, and vehicle documentation are consistently updated and compliant. Support audits conducted by regulators or internal safety teams.
