Jobtailor in Zürich is seeking a proactive Administrative/HR support specialist to join our close-knit team. You will handle payroll preparation, HR documentation, and coordination with our external accounting partner.

You will also manage onboarding/offboarding, time tracking, expense processing and customer support inquiries via email, Intercom and phone, contributing to smooth daily operations.
