• Monthly salary: $4,000-$5,500 USD (based on experience)
• Performance bonus: Tied to delivery, accuracy, and outcomes
• Paid Time Off: 120 hours annually (15 days equivalent)

• Payment method: Gusto, paid twice per month
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
