De‑Risking Operations Director

Lead and optimise processes for the De‑risking solutions team within the consulting division. Report to the Head of De‑risking. Hybrid working role aligned to any Aptia UK office.

Leadership & Delivery

• Lead multiple De‑risking teams (3–6 direct reports; up to 50 total team members).
• Oversee delivery of complex, high‑profile client projects ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Act as the escalation point for operational, resourcing, and client challenges.

Operational Excellence

• Drive process improvements, standardisation, and efficiency across teams.
• Ensure robust governance, risk management, and compliance in all data and project work.
• Continuously enhance service delivery and operational performance.
