Essential responsibilities
Establishes action plans for the team that is your responsibility, assigning strategic functions to facilitate the workflow.

Responsible for conducting performance evaluations to his direct staff and recommends relevant development/succession/training plans fostering the growth of his department.
Plans investigations to determine the effectiveness of manpower utilization and projects labor and staffing needs.
Leads R& D; meetings in relation to NPI, transfers, expansions, development of product engineering concepts, projects, manufacturing, among others.
Reviews engineering designs for customer requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in quality and value through awareness, objectives, goals, communication, and target setting with security, quality, services, and cost.
