You will be the Operations Engineer (Level 2) for the Process Improvement team which is responsible for advancing producibility, quality, and continuous‑improvement initiatives across LM Aero.
**What You Will Be Doing:**
As the Operations Engineer (Level 2) you will be responsible for leading cross‑functional projects that define, mine, and improve critical processes, coordinating schedules, guiding project teams, and delivering status briefings to leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead cross‑functional projects focused on process definition, mining, and improvement.
• Develop and coordinate project schedules with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
