Job Description

Black & Grey HR is seeking an Operations Engineer – Offshore & Subsea to join the client's offshore operations team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a permanent office-based role with regular offshore and field travel during project campaigns, supporting the planning, coordination, and technical execution of offshore survey and subsea operations.

You will be responsible for bridging engineering and offshore operations, ensuring operational readiness, technical compliance, and efficient execution of offshore campaigns. Working closely with project managers, vessel teams, offshore personnel, logistics, and clients, you will support the successful delivery of survey, subsea, and marine operations while driving continuous improvement across operational processes and standards.
