Operations Excellence Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operational Excellence Intern to support the Operational Excellence team in driving process improvement, documentation, data analysis, and project coordination activities. This role provides hands‑on exposure to continuous improvement initiatives, quality management practices, and operational performance tracking within a real business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Involve, handle, and improve 5S audit across departments
• Conduct process confirmation on existing processes to find opportunities for improvement
• Draft, create, and publish Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Build relationships with all warehouse associates and Heads of Department for OE events and programs
