Position Overview

            Job Description  Industry/ Organization Type: Facility Management/ Services 
Position Title: Operations Executive 
Working Location: North - Sungei Kadut (Transport provided from Kranji MRT) 
Working Hours: 5 days, 7.30am to 6.30pm 
Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Bonus 
Duration: Permanent 
 Key Responsibilities  Plan and schedule driver and crew work shifts, ensuring efficient manpower deployment for the next day. 
Coordinate transportation activities to achieve cost-effective and timely deliveries. 
Assist in budget planning and cost management. 
Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies, optimizing processes to reduce costs while maintaining adequate stock levels. 
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement and sales, to align operational activities.
