Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Transportation Management & Coordination

• Edit and manage jobs (Exports/Imports) within the Transportation Management System (TMS), performing detailed Routing Checks to optimize transport modes (airplane, car, train, etc.).
• Coordinate driver assignments for delivery and pickup of shipments at offices and freight companies.
• Oversee and prepare collected/received shipments for EUL-route processing, including pre‑advising shipments.
• Monitor shipments in transit, addressing any deviations from the plan with flexibility and efficiency.
• Continuously review TMS notes and handle pre‑advised shipments with precision.
