The Front Office Executive is the face of VAAYU .

You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, professional, and patient-friendly experience from the moment a patient walks in or calls.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Interaction & Appointments

• Manage appointment scheduling (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp)
• Guide patients through consultation and service flow
• Handle queries and ensure clear communication
