Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping schedules and cargo movement with carriers, partners and customs authorities.
• Resolve operational issues, including delays, discrepancies, and damaged goods, in a timely manner.
• Conduct performance evaluations of operative partners and service providers.
• Maintain accurate records of ship calls, costs, and operational activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in shipping and port operations, as boarding clerk, Operations assistant or executive, Cargo Flow position or related position.
