Main Responsibilities - Coordinate end-to-end import and export shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with customers, vendors, carriers, shippers and overseas agents.
- Manage shipment documentation, billing records and archive filing.
- Ensure shipment arrangements comply with international shipping requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication.
- Work with international agents to support cross-border shipment arrangements.
