Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly lease invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Share Salik reports and documentation within agreed SLAs.
• Submit miscellaneous invoices including damages, fines, mileage, and adjustments.
• Manage customer refunds after contract closures.
• Process agreement extension requests and coordinate with internal teams.
• Release security cheques for closed agreements with no outstanding balances.
• Support stakeholders by following all policies and operational guidelines.
