Position Overview

            Job Description Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness in various establishments 
Coordinate with vendors and on building maintenance & cleaning services 
Supervision of cleaning services 
Reporting of irregularities to site manager 
Manage stock level and maintain inventory 
Conduct tools box briefings for site staff 
Conduct regular inspection with clients 
Prepare of monthly reports for staff meetings and note taking 
Ensure compliance of safety practices and other regulations 
Provide high standard to meet clients requirement 
Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity 
Good knowledge in buildings and environmental cleaning 
Able to interact with all levels and a good team player 
PC literate
