Position Overview

            Responsibilities i. Oversee and supervise a collective team of stewards and cleaners 
ii. Support and follow up on clients' requests 
iii. Responsible and accountable for effectively managing day-to-day operations and client sites 
iv. Manage and review cleaning procedures 
v. Plan and schedule training for cleaning personnel in accordance with PWM requirement 
vi. Conduct checks and safety risk assessment of the assignments 
vii. Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher on SOP 
viii. Conduct interview for potential candidates for existing or new project sites
