Responsibilities - Assist the Operation Manager in planning and coordinating daily vessel schedules to optimize operations
- Support day-to-day vessel and bunker operations to maintain smooth service delivery
- Communicate effectively with passengers, vessel crews, shipping agents, and terminal operators to resolve issues and provide information
- Collaborate with the HSE and Fleet departments to report vessel defects and support safety initiatives
- Monitor and promote vessel cleanliness and crew adherence to safety measures to maintain a safe environment
