Our Operations Executive supports our Residential Rehabilitation team to provide a clean and safe environment conducive to psychiatric rehabilitation for our clients by ensuring smooth day-to-day running of our Centre.
Duties & Responsibilities - Manage daily operations of residential services and centre (Ensure effectiveness & efficiency of operations)
- Work with Residential Manager to develop, implement, and improve residential and facilities policies and procedures according to established standards and regulations.
- Plan and implement all operational policies, objectives and initiatives
- Compile monthly statistics
- Responsible for project management work
- Provide care and support to residential members (i.e. follow up with members who have not taken their medications, do rounds in the dorm, read daily reports and intervene with residents who need assistance, etc.)
