**Job Description**

As the Operations Finance Manager you will support the objectives of the Finance and Accounting department whileassisting operating departments with forecasting, budget, labor and inventory controls, analysis, auditing as well asoperational responsibilities for the units you are supporting.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Review monthly operational fi nancial reports and assist in preparation of any client facing fi nancial reporting,including reconciliation of client invoices and statements, and any supporting documentation.
+ Assist with preparation for annual budget.
+ Prepare weekly and monthly fi nancial reports to monitor the performance areas such are labor, direct cost,revenue, expenses, and profit by area of responsibility.
+ Collaborate with managers and directors to identify and drive key levers to improve margins.
+ Train and motivate staff in fi nancial controls, policies, and procedures.
