We are Act Attack, an international acting and improv school running workshops across multiple cities in Europe.

We're looking for someone who's already skilled, organized, and ready to hit the ground running, with minimal training needed. This role mixes operational backbone (schedules, studios, teachers, CRM, admin) with outward-facing growth tasks (community outreach, collabs, social groups). A great fit for someone who likes structure but also enjoys reaching out to people and building visibility in their city.

What you'll be responsible for:

Operations & Admin

• Creating and managing class schedules across cities
• Coordinating with studios (availability, bookings, confirmations)
• Assigning and communicating with teachers
