About The Role

We are looking for a strategic and highly analytical leader to own and scale agent retention and lifecycle. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the systems that drive agent engagement, activation, and long‑term success, ensuring top‑performing agents have the right experience, incentives, and support to thrive.

Agent success sits at the heart of our growth. In this role, you will take full ownership of the agent lifecycle, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to implement initiatives, solve complex challenges, and continuously improve retention outcomes.

What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

• Define and lead the company’s agent retention strategy, with a strong focus on the first 90 days of the agent lifecycle.
• Build and scale the data infrastructure for lifecycle performance, including dashboards and reporting frameworks covering churn, retention, activation, and tenure.
