Publicis Production in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to optimize workflows, govern PMO standards, and lead capacity planning and performance reporting across the hub.

You will collaborate with the Studio Lead, Project Managers, and creative production leads to remove bottlenecks, ensure end-to-end process compliance, and drive automation with playbooks and dashboards for leadership visibility.
