• Develop and implement development strategies and concepts relating to rail operations to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
• Support review of operations plans, including contingency and exercise plans
• Operations Capability Development through Technology Adoption
• Support the development of operations capabilities enabled by technology to enhance communication, sense making and decision making of rail operations
• Workforce Capability and Professional Development
• Develop and implement structured competency roadmaps for rail operations staff under the Rail Achiever Scheme
• Work with HR and Rail Training Institution to establish certification, accreditation, and continuous learning pathways
