Ensures uninterrupted mission support capabilities for DLA Energy Americas to conduct joint bulk petroleum logistics operations in CONUS, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America. Coordinates Global support originating from CONUS in support of OCONUS Combatant Commands (CCMDs) in a Globally contested environment. Responsible for developing, evaluating, and managing bulk petroleum support operations, concepts, policies, and procedures for Continuity of Operations (COOP) support. Provides management oversight and coordination assistance for military operations and exercises conducted in the DLA Energy Americas area of responsibility (AOR) requiring joint bulk petroleum support.
