Key Job Responsibilities - Own and deliver the operational budget for the whole SC, including safety, productivity, financial planning, labor planning, and operational goals.
- Provide strategic level/long‑term planning (3, 6, 12 months and 3‑Yr overview).
- Guide building culture according to leadership principles.
- Set clear goals and expectations for Operations and Area Managers.
- Measure performance, provide feedback, and hold leaders accountable.
- Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable their functional area and ultimately the SC to meet and exceed business plan.
