Pertemps are currently working with a leading manufacturing company who are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their new site operations, drive performance, and support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities as an Operations Manager:

Lead manufacturing, supply chain and engineering operations

Drive productivity, quality, safety, and delivery performance

Implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives

Develop and lead high-performing operational teams

Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational efficiency

Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards (AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)

Requirements

Senior leadership experience within an engineering and manufacturing operation

CNC Knowledge, with precision engineering understanding
