Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across outlets/central kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. Oversee daily operations of outlets/central kitchen
Ensure smooth functioning of all departments (kitchen, service, stores)
Monitor service quality, food quality, and operational efficiency
2. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, train, and manage cross-functional teams
Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and productivity
Conduct performance reviews and drive team development
3. Process & Quality Control
Implement and maintain SOPs across operations
Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI)
