Operations Manager

Permanent Role | Central London | Up to £70,000

Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day Hard FM operations on a large static site.

* Lead engineering teams and subcontractors.

* Ensure compliance, KPI performance, and client satisfaction.

* Manage budgets and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

* Experience in an Operations, Contract, or Facilities Manager role.

* Strong M&E and Facilities Management knowledge.

* Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
