 Job Responsibilities:  Lead and manage the overall logistics operations across construction projects. 
Oversee daily logistics operations, fleet deployment, manpower coordination, and operational planning to support smooth project execution. 
Manage fleet operations including cranes, lorries, vehicles, machinery, and equipment utilization. 
Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure operational and logistics requirements are met.
