Responsibilities:
Ensure the effective management of the service operation by optimising the use of resources and developing and implementing robust and effective policies and procedures to achieve contract requirements for respective clients.Work collaboratively with the commercial department to achieve financial performance as set at monthly and quarterly reviews.
