About the job Operations Manager / Director

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the towing services, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.

Manage the entire operations team, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.

Coordinate and allocate fleet vehicles to ensure the efficient delivery of services.

Monitor and improve operational performance to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Implement policies and procedures that align with industry standards and company objectives.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and other legal requirements.

Track and manage fleet performance, including regular maintenance and equipment audits.

Optimize operational processes to reduce costs while improving service quality.

Prepare and present operational reports and KPIs to senior management.
