What You'll Do
Translate the CEO's vision into structured projects and create project timelines.
Delegate tasks using project management tools like ClickUp and track project status to ensure timely completion.
Develop and implement internal workflows such as onboarding, campaign launches, and content approvals.
Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to turn ad‐hoc tasks into repeatable playbooks.
Research and evaluate new tools and software (e.g., PM tools, creative AI, CRM), compare pricing, features, and integration compatibility, and recommend the best options with clear pros and cons.
