Our client is in the Travel and Tourism Industry.Β 

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring smooth functioning of the business and tasks of work.
  • Overseeing staff productivity and efficiency.
  • Creating manpower planning.
  • Creating development of employees and providing training for team and staff.
  • Being responsible for customer service, solving issues, and support requirements.
  • Qualifications

  • Graduated with a bachelor's degree.
  • Native French.Β 
  • Good communication in English.
  • Have experience of at least 6-10 years in the Travel and Tourism industry, Customer service, or related field.Β 
  • Has Visa application process knowledge is a plus.
  • Able to handle pressure and have good problem-solving skills.
