What does an Operations Manager do?

• Devise effective plans for Teammates and Team Leaders to reach targets.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and guide/develop accordingly.
• Assign tasks that capitalize on strengths while addressing weaknesses.
• Earn trust and respect through regular one‑on‑one sessions and short, respectful check‑ins.
• Add, improve or eliminate daily processes and practices to bolster the above responsibilities.
