The business operates across a national network and plays an important role in the supply and distribution of agricultural products across regional Australia.

This Mackay site is a hands-on operational environment, with a small permanent team and responsibility across site operations, logistics, safety, maintenance coordination, and customer service. The site requires a practical leader who is comfortable being visible on the floor, supporting the team, and improving how work is planned and executed.

This role would suit an Operations Manager, Site Manager, Depot Manager, Production Manager, or senior supervisor who enjoys leading people, being hands-on, improving site performance, and taking ownership of a smaller operational facility.
