About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Operations Manager to join the Operations leadership team at Cornell Scott–Hill Health Center. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role partners closely with leadership to coordinate strategic initiatives, oversee regulatory and accreditation readiness, support emergency management and Environment of Care programs, and drive operational excellence through effective project management and cross-functional collaboration.

This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
