About The Role

We are seeking a highly driven and hands‑on Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day‑to‑day operations of multiple F&B outlets across various locations in both Klang Valley and Johor Bahru . This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining service standards, driving sales performance, and supporting outlet teams to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate is experienced in managing multi‑site restaurant operations, enjoys travelling between outlets, and works closely with Outlet Managers and Area Managers to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
