The Operations Manager provides overall leadership and direction to the company’s production and operational activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies for the timely shipment and delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and align all operational teams toward production targets and delivery schedules.
- Oversee workflow planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring across departments.
