An established premium fitness concept in Dubai is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations and drive growth — with base salary, commission, and performance-based equity.

You'll be in charge of: staffing, member experience, revenue growth (memberships, PT, classes, corporate partnerships), and operational execution alongside ownership.

• Experienced gym/fitness management, UAE/GCC experience preferred
