Operations Manager Travel agency's Call Centre

We are a UK based travel agency looking for a sharp, results-driven Operations Manager to lead and scale our call centre operations.

This is not a basic admin role — you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing agents, improving systems, and ensuring every lead converts into revenue.

If you have hands‑on experience in a local travel agency, understand flight bookings, GDS systems, and know how to run a high‑performing sales team — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily call centre operations (inbound + outbound sales)
  • Lead, train, and monitor a team of travel consultants
  • Drive sales targets, conversions, and revenue growth
  • Monitor call quality, scripts, and closing techniques
  • Manage team and day‑to‑day office operations and admin tasks
  • Directly report to MD in UK office.
