Strategic

• Develop understanding of all Arabian Ethicals divisional & different processes.
• Understand the vital role of implementing and maintaining S&OP process.
• Maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand the impact of demand planning processes on working capital and whole company profitability.

Operational

• Ensure & close follow up with all S&OP stakeholders for timely submission.
• Follow up S&OP cycle step by step till completion.
• Consolidate all departmental submissions to develop one true number of Arabian Ethicals with full year view.
• Work closely with group IT to update BI tool with the same for to enable all stakeholders accessibility.
• Ensure optimum inventory at healthy levels defined by the partnership contract and the Group policy.
