Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Banking Onboarding & KYC Specialist to support the onboarding of new personal banking clients while ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations and internal policies.



+ Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new banking clients.

+ Review and maintain client information within core banking systems such as Temenos T24 or similar platforms.

+ Prepare and validate KYC/AML documentation to ensure compliance before account activation.

+ Communicate with clients to obtain missing information and provide onboarding support.

+ Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and Customer Service teams to resolve onboarding issues.

+ Maintain accurate records and support process improvement initiatives.
