Contract : 12 months

Hybrid : 3x on-site (Toronto, ON)

Rate : $40/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience supporting transformation initiatives within insurance, health, dental, or financial services
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and tools (Jira, Smartsheet)
• Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and support data-informed decision making
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to lead discussions and influence outcomes
