Position Overview

            Responsibilities:  Lead and deliver strategic global operations programs, including manufacturing transitions, expansions, and production transfers. 
Manage end-to-end program execution from business case development through to successful completion 
Oversee large-scale, multi-project initiatives, ensuring alignment to timelines, scope, and objectives. 
Drive cross-functional collaboration with teams across operations, finance, legal, engineering, HR, and other key functions 
Monitor program performance, identify risks or deviations, and implement corrective actions to stay on track. 
Provide regular reporting, define success metrics, and ensure overall program effectiveness and closure. 
 Requirements:  Degree in Engineering 
At least 8 years of experience in program management / project management in Manufacturing industry 
Regional exposure
