We are seeking an experienced Operations Quality Lead to manage food safety, compliance, and quality performance. This critical leadership role ensures that products destined for vulnerable consumer groups meet the highest standards of food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance. You will manage a team of Operaton Quality Officers while maintaining and improving ODL’s Risk Management Programme (RMP) and supporting internal and external audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead food safety, quality, and compliance performance
• Maintain, implement, and continuously improve RMP, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and supporting FS&Q systems
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quality Officers, embedding a strong food safety and quality culture
