Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
- Performs onboarding and maintenance of accounts and reviewing required account documentation.
- Responds to client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service
- Performs basic research, follow-up and resolution of routine maintenance requests
- Identifies potential issues in daily operational tasks and escalates risk concerns, as appropriate
- Prepares and reviews required account documentation
Required Skills:- Ability to work effectively with Financial Advisors and Wealth Management Bankers for the resolution of identified problems while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
